- Host public servers or high-traffic services on residential plans.
3. Billing and Payments
Service fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of your internet connection. Restoration of service after suspension may incur a reconnection fee.
4. Uptime and Maintenance
While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance is necessary to ensure optimal network performance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance that may cause significant downtime.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SaiNet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
